1130 Jure Road was built in 2019 with logs from Tok, Alaska. The logs are tongue-and-groove which gives it a tighter fit. It is 14x16 with a full loft.
We prefer no animals in this unit because of its newness and the soft-wood ladder. We will make accommodations for approved animals with an adjusted rent.

532 2nd Street is a small house that withstood the 1960's Fairbanks flood. It has been remodeled into a refreshingly modern small space that is comfortable and cozy. It is located near Ft. Wainwright and is close to shopping and the city bus system.
